Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to inventory inconvenience, refunds and returns are unable to be accepted at the moment. We will continue to try to add this as an option later on, but for now the best we can do is offer an exchange of product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to include an image with proof if possible so we can verify the defects.


Exchanges
If you receive a product that is damaged or might not be the size you were looking for, contact us and we will try to issue out an exchange as soon as possible. In order for us to exchange the product you as the customer must first create another order for the product you are wanting. After that separate purchase goes through on our end, the refund for the initial order will be returned.
